After attending Burning Man, and while making our way eastward toward Colorado, we had the pleasure of spending a few nights at Antelope Island State Park in Syracuse, Utah. Situated in the Great Salt Lake, this unique place offers dreamy vistas, uninterrupted star-gazing, and a sleepy peacefulness that will lull you into a deep state of relaxation.
Where we stayed: Bridger Bay Campground, Antelope Island State Park

Before reaching Salt Lake City, our day started at the western edge of Utah with a sunrise in the Bonneville Salt Flats.

As the sun sets, the horizon becomes indistinguishable from the sky and starts to merge with the lake’s surface.
